This privacy notice has been prepared by AYYILDIZBT Bilişim ve Telekomünikasyon (“AYYILDIZBT”), as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), to inform visitors of our website and people who contact us through our forms.

2. Personal data processed
- Identity and contact data: name, company, e-mail address, phone number
- Request data: subject, message and products/services you are interested in
- Transaction security data: IP address, date/time and browser information at form submission
- Website usage data: pages visited and referring website (without storing IP addresses, using a one-way encrypted anonymous visitor ID)
3. Purposes of processing
- Receiving, assessing and answering your information, quotation, support, call-back and data subject requests
- Carrying out sales, installation, service and maintenance processes
- Ensuring website security and preventing abuse (spam)
- Generating anonymous visit statistics to improve the website
- Fulfilling legal obligations and informing competent authorities
4. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically via website forms, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp, and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that your fundamental rights are not harmed, and your explicit consent where required.
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with our business partners and suppliers (e.g. manufacturers, couriers) where necessary to fulfil your request, with our hosting and e-mail service providers, and with legally authorised public authorities. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted through the WhatsApp service provider's infrastructure.
6. Retention
Form messages are kept for the periods required by law and applicable limitation periods after your request is concluded, and then erased, destroyed or anonymised. Anonymous visit statistics are kept for a maximum of 25 months.
7. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction, erasure or destruction, request notification of these actions to third parties, object to results arising from exclusively automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
